A Perfect Repair is a family owner/operated business. We are a husband/wife team. After 15 years of working for a big company we decided to start our own business. We believe in supporting smaller businesses instead of big corporations. Working for ourselves is so much more rewarding than working to make another man rich.
     Our goal everyday is to provide excellent service as well as creating personal relationships with our customers. Our tech is friendly and very experienced in getting the job done right the first time.
     I receive calls to the office from customers telling me how friendly the tech was and what a great job he did in a timely manner. Our tech also gets compliments from customers saying that they appreciated a helpful secretary who actually answered the phone instead of a robot on the other end asking you to leave message. Fifty percent of our company has been built from referrals due to excellent customer service and perfect, affordable repairs.
